Kevin Larson
Kevin Larson has been in the events business for 17 years managing conception and implementation of his own events as well as events for corporate clients like Budweiser, Redbull, Westin, Hyatt, Snowmass etc.
A graduate of CU in Pre-med on “Dean’s List”, this Denver native has started and run several business from lingerie store to night clubs.
No stranger to the spotlight, Kevin has been given the honor of most eligible bachelor by Women’s Day Magazine as well as local publications like 5280.
Currently operating in 6 states Kevin continues to grow the events world with a special brand of “Theatrical” events.
Mike Downey
Mike graduated from Ohio University and attended University of Denver’s MBA program for Business Management. He has managed businesses for 15 years.
In 2001 he started Denver Sport and Social Club and PlayCoed.com, growing it to over 30,000 people and $1 million in revenue, selling the businesses in 2007.
In 2008 he started Lead Alliance, an entertainment management, booking, marketing, and consulting agency and currently runs the company.

JJ Walker
JJ Walker started his promotional career at the age of 18 with small events in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
After college Walker moved to Denver and began a career in nightlife promotions and marketing consultations.
Over the past 12 years Walker has produced well over 1000 events in 4 states from small clubs to large convention halls featuring numerous celebrity hosts, DJ's, Bands and artists.
Starting in late 2009, Walker partnered with the very best in the industry and began to produce the largest and most electric events Colorado and soon the nation have ever seen.
Gavin Beldt
Gavin has been producing and promoting events for 5 years and is considered one of Denver's most recognized up and coming promoters.
Gavin achieved his Bachelors in Advertising & Event Production at The Metropolitan State College of Denver.
While completing his degree, Gavin worked as a Marketing Representative for Monster Energy Drink, interned at a nationally acclaimed advertising agency, and produced his first major nightclub event.
Since then Gavin has been able to combine his array of marketing skills and knack for social media to a wide range of unique events including fashion shows, club events, hotel parties, and concerts.
Besides The Collective Events, Gavin is passionate about the action sports industry and his most recent endeavor, SNOWDOWN, which is the kick-off party for the SIA trade show (the largest snow industry trade show in the world) with Ztrip and Lloyd Banks in January 2011
Ben Martch
While Ben Martch was earning his degree in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University, he began his career as an event promoter/producer. With his exceptional ability to create fun and sophisticated events, Ben expanded his resume from being an independent promoter to creating Martch Productions, LLC. As the Owner, Ben raised the bar in event planning/production/marketing, nightclub promotion, talent management and specialized marketing. He currently manages a local, up-and-coming Pop singer/songwriter named Ali Pierre (www.alipiere.com).
Ben was the Marketing Manager of Ultimate Electronics corporate office where he developed nationwide marketing calendars, allocated budgets for nationwide campaigns and worked closely with the VP of Marketing.
Recently, Ben has entered the concert promotion and action sports realm of the industry with his most recent endeavor being SNOWDOWN. Teaming with Neff Headwear & Sony Piiq Headphones, SNOWDOWN was the official SIA Snow Sport Convention kick-off party with performances by Lloyd Banks & DJ Ztrip.
